Is skateboarding training?

mmhmmm it is. Ask yourself this.. Are there any fat pro skateboarders? The reason why most of them aren't fat is because skateboarding requires you to be balanced and be shifting your weight around at all times. Even when your just riding. you still have to shift your weight. The pushing and the tricks are also another reason why it works well.. You need leg strength to pop the board of the ground. You have to squat to get the balance. You have to extend your legs. Trust me it is a lot of stuff going on. So it is a great form of exercise.
