Help ? Boyfriend issues?

Ok so this friday me and my boyfriend were planning to see each other, i wanna go over and this would be the 4th time our plans got cancelled. I already told him i was going to be there he made plans for his sister to get me and everything.. Im guna be emarrassed if he has to cancel it AGAINN and everytime this happend we got into an arguement.. I'm scared to ell him I cant go. Help please?
