Would you feel embarassed coming on too strong after few drinks on first date?

I went out with this guy,he's really nice,it was our first date and we were both drinking but i was bit tipsy and kissed him,i dont think he mind as he kissed me back but i think i talked dirty,but cant remember,do you think he understands it was the drink that made me little over confident?he wants to see me again which is good sign,shall i not drink so much next time?would you be embarassed about coming on strong or laugh it off?
