This man told me he would marry me the second time meeting me?!!?

We were at a party and when he said it we were both tipsy and I was sitting on his lap , and he was staring up into my face hopelessly .. I asked him ..are you serious?? He just shook his head , smiling .. the first time I saw him I was intensely attracted , and the second time it was obvious we had an intense connection...great conversion , flowed easily ...and mutual attraction... but the fact that he said this to me... either he's trying to play me , was joking or it was just the alcohol , or partly the alcohol and he really digs me , I'm not sure .. p.s .. I'm 19, he is 22..
