I treat my dad like crap?

Im 14 and I live with my dad(my mom is in Iraq) i never get along with him we ell at each other i don't listen o him I talk back and I don't follow anything he says I only do it because I barely knew him for the 14 years of my life. He's annoying and cocky and he thinks he's right about everything. We yell at each other at least twice a day and im so tired of it. What should I do? Any advice?
