Can i go to high school in japan when i'm in my late 18th year of my life?

It costs about 9000 bucks to go there and you have to have atleast two years of learning the language including writing and speaking. It probably is too late for you. Once you are ready to go there it will be too late and you will be at a university level. Sorry
