Why does my cat throw up all the time?

We have taken him to a number of vets and every one of them say that he is a perfectly healthy cat. or we get the occasional (maybe he just has a cold). He throws up every single day way more then just once. This has been going on for 5 years now! What the h ell is wrong with this cat!?
