Last night I drank 11 shots of tequila and i got tipsy at best and I felt pretty much normal after ~1:30.?

Ever since I was about 13 I was able to drink much more than my friends. I wake up with a terrible hangover even though I was not drunk at all the night before. When I got my wisdom teeth pulled I needed more medication for my pain than most people. The doctor was surprised and prescribed me Percocet 10. That did not help much. What is wrong with me???
