I`ve been dieting and exercising for 20 days long and I ``gave up`` just today?
I went on a diet the whole month... I worked out everyday of the week.. its the 20th and i `gave in` i lost almost 5-10 lbs this month and I went for 6 beers, poutine, sushi, burger and fried.... im still a bit tipsy... and im depressed.... should I just give into all my cravings and start fresh tomorrow or should i just keep myself back any d not give into any of my cravings anymore... i`d love to give into my cravings right now and just start fresh tomorrow but that seems soo far away and depressing... it`s my daughters bday and my ex is having a bbq.. is it ok to go for a burger dispite the fact that I ate so much already... i mean ill work twice as hard tomorrow to lost the calories but I want to know that i wont gain 5- 10 lbs just by eating a burger dispite the fact i worked out so much this whole month
