I have had this same dream for 2 weeks that i met this man and we started dating and he ask me to marry him?

In my dream a man that I never met before, came up to me at a store near we're I live and said he seen me in the store and walk out the store to get my attention, and we started talking, and dating, and he ask me to marry him. 2 week later I stop at that same store to get a bottle of wine round 11pm at night and while looking for the wine and the only person on that row, a voice ask did I need some help and I look up and there was ths handsome man, we talk and exchange numbers, but my first thought was the dream I had. 2 weeks before, as he approached me. 1 week later we went on a date and it was great, but I can't help to think about the dreams I was having. The man in my dream was attractive, but after I wake up I could not remember his face, Could this be my soul mate?
