Is this enough to get into shape?

The first thing I do is eat something like penults for protein then I run half a mile I drink Kool-Aid for the sugar and water then I do 25 sit-ups25 push-ups and after I eat a banana or macramé for more protein and I do that twice a day. Should I be doing something different and is there something ells I should do for muscles I’m missing. And I’m not like fat I’m 5 foot 5 incest 110 pounds and want to build muscle and get into shape
